The Partnership & Growth Path

We’ve structured our outreach into three clear levels of engagement:

Institutional Collaboration

We partner with schools, colleges, and private institutions to bring robotics and coding events to their doorsteps. Whether it’s a one-day workshop or a large-scale STEM carnival, we provide the kits, the curriculum, and the expertise.

Event Leadership & Management

For our collaborators and senior interns, we provide the platform to lead. This level focuses on the “behind-the-scenes” of STEM—planning, organizing, and executing large-scale robotics competitions like NextGen Spark.

Professional Facilitator (Fasi) Program

Our flagship internship program focuses on the art of teaching. As a “NextGen Fasi,” you are on the frontline, guiding kids and teens through complex builds and coding logic.

Professional Impact & Skill Pillars

Whether you are an intern or a partner, our collaboration is built on these 6 core professional competencies

Instructional Leadership

Mastering the ability to facilitate (Fasi) and teach complex robotics concepts to students aged 4 to 17.

Event Management

Gaining hands-on experience in planning, handling, and executing large-scale STEM events and competitions.

Public Communication

Developing the confidence to speak in front of large groups, schools, and parents during workshops and showcases.

Technical Project Handling

Taking full responsibility for a project’s lifecycle—from initial setup and kit maintenance to final student output.

Community Impact

Understanding how to tailor STEM activities for diverse groups, including schools and special needs communities.

Operational Excellence

Learning the "business of STEM"—managing resources, schedules, and team dynamics in a professional academy setting.
